We recently had our driveway repaved and wanted to let people know that we were incredibly pleased with Pilgrim Paving. The price was right, Bill and the crew were terrific, the driveway looks great, and the clean up was thorough. We would highly recommend using Pilgrim Paving!”

On A Typical Job
Pilgrim Paving first notifies Dig Safe before any work begins, as we put safety first in all of our jobs. We then proceed to deconstruct, remove, and dispose of the existing asphalt. After the asphalt is removed, we discard the top soil, large rocks, and any tree roots. The next step is to machine grade 4 to 6 inches of reprocessed material, as needed, and compact the material with a 10 ton vibratory roller. We then machine pave 2 inches of binder coat, which is a rough coat of asphalt, and machine roll it. Lastly, we lay down 1.5 inches of finish coat and machine roll that to a smooth and solid finish. After every job that Pilgrim Paving completes, we ensure that customer yards are cleaned, water hoses are rolled up, the street is swept, and no mess is left behind.
